Returns Policy

If you change your mind, or if any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, please notify us within 14 working days of delivery so we can issue you with our returns information and address. We aim to process your refund via PayPal within 7 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. We have a returns policy which is placed through eBay returns requests.

Should you need to return an item, please contact us and we will forward our returns information to you. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim. We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations. All items must be returned with the original delivery note that came with product. This is important for us to process the return. All items must be returned in a re-syllable condition. It is up to the buyer to pay return postage unless specifically agreed beforehand
