What's the difference between an interim and a full service?
An interim service covers the essentials — typically oil, oil filter and a safety inspection — and suits high-mileage drivers between annual services. A full service is more comprehensive, covering additional filters, plugs and fluids in line with your vehicle's schedule.
How often should I service my car?
As a general rule, annually or every 12,000 miles for a full service, with an interim service every 6,000 miles if you drive a lot. Your handbook sets out the exact schedule for your vehicle, and we're happy to advise.
Do you service German cars like BMW, Mercedes and Audi?
Yes — we service all makes and models, including German, European and Japanese vehicles, using the correct parts and oil grades for each engine.
Will you do extra work without asking?
Never. If the inspection turns up anything beyond the service itself, we'll explain it and give you a price first. Nothing happens without your approval.
